W has a knack of ordering the right dish, at the right time, in the right place. True to form, his choice of ravioli really hit the spot. Filled with goat's milk ricotta scented with the merest hint of oregano, the stuffed pasta was sauced with a luscious
ricci (sea urchin) flavoured cream.
