those look really good! pardon my ignorance, but what's yuzu? never heard of it before.
no worries - yuzu is a japanese citrus fruit that's rounded in shape and bright yellow in colour. the fruit is pretty sour, so like lime and lemon, it's not eaten as a fruit per se. however the juice and zest, which are highly aromatic, are used. you can find fresh yuzu at the japanese supermarkets towards the end of the year. the bottled juice is available all-year.
